Personnel assigned to monitor the feeds report progressive signal degradation, unidentified humanoid figures, impossible movement patterns, and visual events not present in baseline recordings.

Direct observation appears to influence anomalous activity.

Foundation analysis suggests SCP-199-UA is capable of detecting when it is being watched.

Operators must maintain continuous visual confirmation of their own presence through biometric verification systems during observation sessions. Failure to remain visible to the system may result in immediate containment failure.
